EverFi Raises $40M Fund

EverFi, Inc an Ed Tech Startup raised $40 million in new funding. The round was led by Bezos Expeditions an investment firm patronized by Amazon founder and CEO Jeff Bezos, New Enterprise Associates, Tomorrow Ventures an investment firm run by Google Executive Chairman Eric Schmidt and Rethink Education. Tom Davidson is the co-founder and CEO of this education software startup based in Washington, D.C. His enthusiasm for education has always been appreciated by all levels of industry leaders and politicians.

According to EverFi Founder and CEO Tom Davidson, “EverFi has created one of the most powerful and innovative models in the education space and we are trying to get the private sector to really engage in local education.” He also said: “Our goal is to be the learning engine of every major corporation, university, and school district around these critical topic areas.”Michael Walden, a Partner at Rethink Education: “With its proprietary learning platform, incredibly diverse and growing customer base, wide learner reach, and highly profitable financial model, EverFi has become a major player in the education industry and “We’re very excited to be a part of EverFi’s continued growth.” Founded in 2008, EverFi has raised $61M including the latest round.
